BIOGRAPHY

Gregory (Greg) Berry learned the value of hard work at an early age.  Greg grew up in a “blue collar” suburb of Buffalo, N.Y. where hard work was a way of life.  The lessons learned early on in life have transferred to Greg’s professional life.  It is this drive and hard work that Greg brings to every client’s case. 

Greg worked full time as a claims adjuster for one of Florida’s largest insurance companies as he attended college to obtain his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Financial Management from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida.  During his time as an adjuster Greg obtained his Society of Claim Law Associates (S.C.L.A.) designation.  This designation is recognized throughout the insurance industry as demonstrating a high level of competence and adhering to high ethical standards.

Upon graduating Greg utilized his experience as an adjuster by accepting a job working for Florida’s largest personal injury law firm, Morgan & Morgan as a Case Manager.  While at Morgan & Morgan Greg handled a variety of cases such as auto accidents, slip and falls, dog bites, wrongful death claims and motorcycle accidents. 

It was while working at Morgan & Morgan that Greg decided that he wanted to be able to take the next step with his clients and represent them in a court of law.  To make this dream a reality Greg applied to law school and was accepted to Florida A&M College of Law.  He continued to work in the legal field full time while pursuing his dream of obtaining his law degree. 

Upon graduation Greg started his career as an attorney with a local plaintiff’s law firm.  While there Greg assisted in trying two personal injury cases in his first year of practice.  After several years of practice Greg again began working for Morgan & Morgan, this time as an attorney.  Greg’s time at Morgan & Morgan consisted of handling thousands of personal injury cases.  In August of 2017, Greg obtained a jury verdict of $1.1 million for a client who had sustained injuries in a car crash.  This verdict was received after the insurance company only offered his client $25,000.  Greg was also able to obtain several large settlements of $1 million and $500,000 for clients because of his effective handling of the cases. 

In his time as an adjuster, case manager and now an attorney Greg has handled a wide variety of cases.  These cases range from complex personal injury cases to auto accident cases with soft tissues injuries.  There is not a case too big or too small for Greg to handle.  Every case Greg handles receives the same service, commitment and attention as if he was handling his own family member’s case.  As an attorney Greg brings his years of experience handling claims to every client at Armour Law Group and would be honored to roll up his sleeves and work hard for you.  Greg will be happy to talk to you about your auto accident, motorcycle accident, slip and fall, dog bite, wrongful death claim, trucking accident, and the injuries and life changes resulting from these unfortunate events.
